Hi Coach Salt, we're doing gratitude journals and we got to choose who we're grateful for and send them an email, and I chose you. I've had you for technically two years now and you've helped me see that I can always push myself to do more, but that it's also ok to take a break when I need it...I'm grateful for you noticing the other day that I'm always feeling overwhelmed, depressed, and anxious constantly..the journal made me feel special and cared for.. even on those days you scold me for random things or mess with me in class, it makes my day a little brighter. I'm glad I had you as a teacher and why I applied to be a TA for your class next year. I hope you are doing well and I'm glad you've been my teacher :).

i am grateful for Chris. he has made me feel like i can actually look at myself from more than one point of view. He also makes sure i take care of myself and get my schoolwork done. im glad he does because it's very helpful.
i am greatful for the people in my life who show they care. its nice knowing people care for me when im down. Its also nice knowing i have people to talk to when needed.
i am grateful for music. it helps give me something to listen to without getting annoyed and feeling great. i love music because it lets me feel unstressed. im grateful that there are different genres.
i am greatful for my new phone. it gives me a better view with pictures that i rarely take. i always wanted a new phone i usually get hamndy me down phones.
i am greatful for muffins... i had a muffin earlier... it was rlly good and made me think abt our project and one of my friends ik who doesnt eat alot.. she asked me for sum and i was already done with it so i gave her the rest. she looked at me like i gave her a whole meal.I am grateful for the money I earn at work. it allows me to buy things for myself and others. I can also spend it on anything I want, or give it to those in need.I'm grateful that i can rely on my friend rei to help me be here this long. we've know each other barley even two years and have been there for each other more than anyoen else in our lives have been for us, including family like parents and siblings. even lovers didnt help us as much as we helped eachother and still do help eachother. im very grreatful that shes always able to help me with my thoughts and mentality and anxiety/panic attacks also while i help her.I am grateful for oranges. They help with stomach pains and when you're sick. They help to alivieate the pain, and give you vitamins.
I am grateful for angry crab. I love seafood, but I don't trust it from just anywhere. I know people get easily sick (and not all companies are trustable) upon seafood. I love how there food is always fresh and you can make it to your acquired taste.
